Aria Beauty does not accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but stolen or lost unless the customer is covered and paid for the Aria Beauty Shipping protection plan upon purchasing the item online at ariabeauty.com. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

All hair tools must be in resellable condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Hair tools cannot be returned after use for sanitary reasons.

Manufacturing Defect

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if your hair tool stops working due to the manufacturer's defect, confirm when and where purchased, and provide a copy of a receipt and the nature of the fault.
