We currently ship only within Canada and the USA.

Order Processing Time

• Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing.
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

• Free Shipping in Canada & the USA (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories).

Responsibility for Shipments

• We are responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments only when the address provided at purchase is accurate and correctly entered.
• We do not accept responsibility for packages the carrier marks as delivered but that are stolen or lost.

Order Fulfilment

• Your order may be processed via a fulfilment centre.

Order Cancellations

• Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once processed.
• Refunds are issued only after merchandise is returned to our warehouse and a return has been initiated with our customer service team.
