Crimper works very well, however, i can honestly say im not too big on the texture of my hair when done. That would be my top complaint for this device. For the hair straignterthe titanium plats are da--best! Both shipped and received extremely timely which all could appreciate! Product registration for warranty is a straight forward, standard and fair coverage kind. Also as well as super easy to process!
