Shipping Regions
We currently ship only within Canada and the USA.
Order Processing Time
- Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day.
Free Shipping
- Free Shipping in Canada & the USA (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories).
Responsibility for Shipments
- We are responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments only when the address provided at purchase is accurate and correctly entered.
- We do not accept responsibility for packages the carrier marks as delivered but that are stolen or lost, unless the Aria Beauty Shipping Protection Plan was purchased at checkout on ariabeauty.com. No refunds or credits will be issued for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Order Fulfilment
- Your order may be processed via a fulfilment centre.
Order Cancellations
- Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once processed.
- Refunds are issued only after merchandise is returned to our warehouse and a return has been initiated with our customer service team.
