All hair tools must be in resellable condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund within 30 days of purchase. For sanitary reasons, hair tools cannot be returned once used.

We do not cover return shipping costs or provide return labels. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that disliking the product is not considered a valid reason for a refund, especially if the item has been opened or used.

Manufacturing Defects

If your hair tool stops working due to a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us. Be sure to confirm when and where the item was purchased and provide a copy of the receipt along with details about the fault.

A shipping fee applies to all replacement units.

Hair Tool Repairs

We do not offer repair services. Please note that using an external repair service will void all warranty coverage.

Accessories

We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories. All accessories are final sale.
